Switch Creatives is proposing the development of online presence for O-Fin.com. A visual web presence will be created with a unique, custom designed website on the WordPress platform, a database driven Content Management System. This will allow the content (text, images, documents) to be edited through a user login. The site will have the ability to be expanded upon in the future if desired, including additional pages and additional features. It is important to note that Switch Creatives will be creating a custom developed theme built on frameworks which use technology and software considered “best practice.” This will ensure that your online presence is as unique and competitive as your current association identity which no other organization will share.

Scope of Services

Website/Landing Page and Related

Landing Page Purpose is to generate leads: 1. Generate leads for potential sellers of the product 2. Generate leads for potential buyers of the product (once released to the public) Primary Audience for start- up landing page is potential sellers and buyers. By association this also includes a subgroup of reviewers and influencers: 1. Create awareness, promote the product and capture leads • Blocks for Promotional Content: Video, photos, and narrative content • Need high-performance capacity for video and audio rendering • Blocks of content to make it easy to update • Blocks for Reviews and testimonials (start up will be tester reviews, then moving to customer reviews once sales begin) 2. Leads capture form for potential sellers • Webform needed to capture name, address, contact info and a few lead-specific fields • Webform response to be emailed to info@o-fin.com • Inquiry response will be sent from info-@o-fin.com 3. Email subscription sign up 4. Provide email contact for more information • 1 email address for start up- info@o-fin.com • Future limited number of emails will be needed, estimating up to 5 within year 1 and 10 total for the foreseeable future.

Current Website Needs

1. Mobile Friendly Communication site 2. Start up with 1 landing page that has a simple presentation of promotional content • Fin rotating 3D graphic • Very basic/limited branding, will be updated with new logo, etc

Future

Future needs would include continued promotional communications and potentially: • A wholesale customer portal for orders • Integration with CRM/database • Retail Sales

Timeframe

The overall time frame to have all phases live is less than 60 days, assuming all content (text, images, documents) is provided in a timely manner by the client. Start date on Phase 1 will be when the $1000 payment is received. Phases 2 & 3 start dates are TBD.

Your Investment

Run Smarter IT will compensate Switch Creatives in the amount of $3500 for completing the goals stated above. • $1000 due upon acceptance of this agreement. • $1500 due upon completion of Phase 2 and no later than 60 day from start date if content is not provided in a timely fashion. • $1000 due upon completion of Phase 3 and no later than 30 day from start date if content is not provided in a timely fashion.
